Thank You For Another Great Pet Week!!!
Humane Society of St. Joseph County wants to thank our awesome community for an outstanding Pet Week 2019!!
During our Paw Wars A Pet Adoption Event, 15 dogs, 17 cats, 1 chicken, 3 guinea fowl, 2 pigs & 1 rabbit found their forever homes!! Plus, we have a ton more babies going home this week! Thank you to our top-notch staff for graciously working extra hours to insure our success this year!
With the help of our sponsors, Monterrey Mexican Bar & Grill, Morris Animal Hospital, Weichert, Realtors – Jim Dunfee & Associates – Del Meyer, Dyttha Gallagher – State Farm Insurance Agent, Barnaby’s South Bend, Gurley Leep Ford Lincoln & Cinco de Miles 5K, we were able to raise thousands of dollars!
Hundreds of our community partners came out to support, volunteer, spread the word & adopt this last week! Our gratitude can’t be measured!
And, the biggest THANK YOU to our amazing Executive Director, Genny, for being a good sport and allowing us to lock her up! The homeless animals are beyond lucky to have such an outspoken advocate! With your guidance and wisdom, our team saves thousands of lives every year.
