No. As a rule we do not adopt animals as gifts. Picking a pet is a highly personal decision and is best done with the individual who will be ultimately responsible for the animal. It is possible to purchase a gift certificate for them. That would allow them to come in and fill out an application and pick out a pet that is right for them.
